Christmas Village at the Shoppes

Christmas Shopping at its finest. November 25th at The Shoppes at Lafayette. All stores are open. And there are Christmas specials at most of the Shoppes. Craft Vendors inside the Village Hall and outside on the Green. Santa will be visiting from 5:00pm - 7:00pm for photos, bring your own camera. At 5:00pm, Santa will help us light up the Christmas Tree. And there will be a different Christmas Tree this year, beautiful Christmas tree on the Green. The 60’ tree is under doctor’s care to help it increase its natural immunity to disease.

Two Food Trucks will be here for your dining pleasure, Chef D's Gourmet Stuffed Grilled Cheese and The Brew Crew Pizza

Christmas Village 2023- Vendor Agreement

Vendor set-up: Saturday: 8:30a – 10:00a

This outdoor event will be on The Green in the center of the Village. Vendors will be located on the Green and along the edge of The Green. There is extremely limited space indoors.

Space price on the Green:

10’x10’ space: $50.00 20’x10’ space: $80.00

Indoor space: 10’x10’ space: $80.00

The gates to the inner roadway will be open at 8:15am. All cars must be removed from the inner roadway by 10:00. Please enter to your spaces, unload your car and remove your car. Setup your space after you move your car. Please be courteous.

Break down: After 7:00p. Due to insurance regulations, No cars will be allowed on the inner roadway until after 7:00p.

Santa Claus will be on site from about 5:00p – 7:00p. We will set up time for customers to take photos with Santa, most likely will be in The Village Hall. There will be a tree lighting at 5:00pm. It will not be the 60’ tree as it has in the past.
