The Shoppes at Lafayette announce the Mayfest - spring Festival to be held on Saturday, May 20 from 10:00am - 5:00pm. There will be shopping and food. In Conjunction with the Mayfest there will also be the 4th Annual Cornhole Tournament. Come join us for a relaxing Spring Day, enjoy great food, multiple vendors, and browse the new shoppes.

2023 May Fest - Vendor Agreement
There will also be the 4th Annual Cornhole Tournament on the Village Green. This will be a double elimination tournament. There are prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place. Cost for the cornhole tournament is $40.00 per team, ($50.00 for onsite registration). On-site registration starts at 10:00am. (Entry fees pay for the prizes, permits and rental of equipment.) Vendor Information
Vendor Setup time: Subject to change as we get closer:
Saturday - 7:30am
Operating Hours Saturday, October 14: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Break-down: Saturday after 5:00pm
Vendor Vehicles will not be allowed in the inner roadway between 10:00am and 5:00pm
Vendors must bring their own tents, tables and chairs. Tents must have weights in case of wind. Vendors are responsible for following all Covid-19 restrictions in place the day of the festival.
Food Vendors must have:
- Sussex County Temporary Food Vendor Permit
- Lafayette Food Vendor Permit
- Home bakers must have State issued home bakers permit with Sussex County Health Dept Inspection.
Food Truck - open flame requirement - hot plate:
- Sussex County Fire Permit & Inspection Certificate
- Lafayette Township Fire Permit
Inner roadway is for drop-off/pick-up only. No parking - No Standing. No Vehicles allowed on the inner roadway 1/2 hour before opening to1/2 hour after closing. Under NO Conditions will vendors drive around the barricades, on the grass or on the curbs. Vehicles must be removed from the inner roadway by 9:30AM each morning and in the evening will not be moved onto the inner roadway until after the festival closes for the day.
Submitting an agreement does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor. We do limit categories of vendors. We also have town and county regulations that limit certain vendors and well as other requirements.
