SUMMARY:Garlic Festival 2023
DESCRIPTION:The Shoppes at Lafayette has a history of having a Garlic Weekend.  The Garlic Weekend is an extension of the Sunday Farmer’s Market.  The garlic “harvest” is typically Mid-October.  We celebrate this garlic harvest by inviting the garlic farmers in the Skylands region and beyond to participate in a weekend long harvest celebration.  This year we will have about 10 farmers/vendors that work specifically with garlic\, our three normal farmers and more food and craft vendors.  This weekend really does celebrate the harvest. \n  \n2023 Garlic Festival Dates: \nSaturday\, October 14:  10:00am – 5:00pm \nSunday\, October 15:  10:00am – 5:00pm \n  \nBeer Garden run by Czig Meister Brewery on the Village Green \nCousins Maine Lobster Food Truck in the Crafty Farmers Market \nGarlic Farmers and Farmers market  \nArts and Crafts vendors scattered on the DP Grass area\, grass areas around the Village Green and other locations as needed.  \nLimited indoor vendor space in the Village Hall will be available on a first come-first serve basis.  \nFees \nCraft Vendor – Outdoor Space \nOne (1) Space: $70.00 per day – $140.00 for the weekend\nTwo (2) Spaces: $110.00 per day – $220.00 for the weekend\nThree (3) Spaces $140.00 per day – $280.00 for the weekend\nLimited Indoor space – $30.00 additional per day.
